If you join our team, here are your main responsibilities:

The Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient management of fixed operations, i.e. service, workshop and parts. More specifically, the responsibilities include

- Work closely with other departments to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction;
- Monitor team performance, plan manpower requirements (recruitment, performance evaluation, training, coaching, etc.);
- Maintain a positive work environment;
- Set and monitor objectives;
- Know and apply the terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranties and policies;
- Maintain a high quality repair service;
- Implement work methods and structures to ensure quality customer service and increased profitability;
- Perform all other tasks related to the position.

Here is the desired profile that will ensure the success of this position:

- Significant experience in a position with similar responsibilities in the automotive industry;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar tasks;
- Ease with computer tools and knowledge of operations management software and inventory management systems;
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and/or automotive parts would be considered an asset.
