Requirements

- Knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell software;
- Excellent interpersonal skills (customers, colleagues and insurers);
- Intermediate level of English;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Organization, autonomy and thoroughness;
- Training as an automobile damage estimator.

Tasks related to the position:

- Greet customers;
- Prepare repair estimates;
- Complete the estimate;
- Explain repairs to customers and offer additional work;
- Carry out appropriate and courteous follow-ups with customers and insurers;
- Perform other related duties as required.

Management:

- Maintain required quality standards and ensure outstanding customer service;
- Effectively coordinate staff in the execution of work;
- Improve productivity levels.
