Sales Coordinator

Your responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for our customers and offer them prompt, personalized service.
- Effectively manage calls, emails and website requests.
- Support the external sales team by preparing quotations, reports and updating our CRM.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to track orders and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

Your profile:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical sector and in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP tools and IT technologies.
- Sense of service, initiative, rigor and ability to manage several tasks consecutively.
