Service & Parts Advisor - Dual Role at Bannister Grande Prairie Motorsports

What You'll Do:

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
 

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and provide clear service estimates.
  • Ensure seamless communication between customers and the service team.
  • Process warranty claims and follow up on service work to ensure customer satisfaction.


Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
 

  • Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries, ensuring they get the right parts efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and process orders for service technicians.
  • Provide clear and precise quotes for parts, promoting transparency and trust.
  • Manage returns, issue credits, and handle emergency orders for out-of-stock items.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.


What We're Looking For:
 

  • Experience in a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor role (motorsports industry preferred but not required).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with basic mechanical and warranty knowledge.
  • Proficiency in dealership computer systems (an asset).
  • Valid AB Driver's License required.
