Vehicle Quality Inspector

Location: Etobicoke, Ontario
Reports to: Production Manager
About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Quality Inspector to ensure our vehicles meet the highest standards before delivery or further production. Based in Etobicoke, Ontario, this role is perfect for individuals who take pride in automotive quality and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Thorough Vehicle Inspections:
 

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to confirm vehicles meet cosmetic, mechanical, and functional standards.
  • Identify any defects or inconsistencies before advancing to the next stage of production.


Cosmetic & Functional Checks:
 

  • Inspect vehicle exteriors for scratches, dents, paint quality, and proper trim alignment.
  • Ensure all interior elements-seats, dashboards, and finishes-are in perfect condition.
  • Test essential vehicle functions, including windows, mirrors, HVAC systems, safety features, and connectivity options.


Accurate Documentation & Compliance:
 

  • Record detailed inspection findings using an iPad and digital inspection tools.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and industry compliance standards while handling vehicles and inspection equipment.

What You'll Need:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (automotive training is a plus).
Driver's License: Minimum G2 (Ontario) with a clean driver's abstract.
Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
Availability: Full-time role (40+ hours per week, with overtime opportunities).
Location: Must be able to commute to Etobicoke, Ontario.
