Steele Honda is seeking an Assistance Service Manager to join their growing team!

In this role, you will support the Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service department and ensure that customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case resolution, monitor customer feedback, and enhance service retention efforts.
- Oversee customer service relations, addressing concerns and coordinating communication between customers, advisors, and service teams.
- Support and guide Service Advisors in daily operations.
- Handle manufacturer warranty-related issues.
- Drive service retention through dealership lead management, marketing initiatives, and loyalty rewards.
- Provide ongoing coaching to the service team, support process improvements, and implement best practices.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Perform other duties as required to support the efficiency and success of the service department.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in the automotive service industry, ideally in Fixed Operations.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to guide and motivate others.
- Highly organized, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy service department.
- Prior experience in an automotive supervisory or assistant managerial role is a plus.
