Service Advisor (70k to 90k per year depending on performance)

Job description:

- Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 per year (based on qualifications and performance);
- Required experience: Minimum of 3 years in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting;
- Expected hours: 40 hours per week.

Work schedule:

- Monday to Friday;
- Day and evening shifts.

Main Responsibilities:

- Technical File Management: Oversee activities related to vehicle reception and follow-ups in the workshop;
- Technical Advice: Provide technical support to clients and the sales team;
- Repair Assessment: Estimate repair costs and advise clients on necessary work;
- Coordination with Departments: Work closely with service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Location:

The position is based in Longueuil, QC. Candidates must be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate before starting the position.
