Job description
Following the promotion of our new Fixed Operations Manager, Léo-Martin, and the growth of our company, we are restructuring our parts and service departments. We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Main responsibilities:
- Assist and advise customers while promoting sale items and new products
- Sell parts at the counter, over the phone, or through Haut-Richelieu Volkswagen’s website
- Hand over collected parts to customers, process billing, and arrange payments via text message
- Contact customers when ordered parts arrive and schedule appointments with the service department
- Receive daily orders and organize parts properly for accurate inventory management
- Prepare parts and accessories for the delivery of new or used vehicles
- Maintain a clean workspace and ensure equipment is in good condition
- Inspect returned items and process customer credits
- Track back-ordered (BO) parts
- Perform any other related tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor to support company growth
Required qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Parts Clerk
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset
