Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are looking for an accounts receivable agent to join our team in the automotive rental sector. You will be responsible for managing monthly client invoicing as well as billing related to vehicle returns. You will also oversee customer account follow-ups, payment processing, and responding to billing inquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Issue monthly invoices for vehicle rentals
- Handle billing related to vehicle returns
- Record client payments and ensure they match the invoiced amounts
- Verify invoice accuracy before sending and ensure compliance with rental contracts
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client billing inquiries

Desired profile:

- DVS in accounting or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in a similar role or invoicing experience (two years preferred)
- Strong proficiency with office tools, including Excel (Salesforce is an asset)
- Knowledge of billing processes and payment tracking
- Ability to resolve billing issues and manage customer relationships
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service oriented
