Groupe Duclos is seeking a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position on the service team at its Mercier dealership.
Job duties and responsibilities :
- Welcoming customers;
- Confirm appointments;
- Work closely with Chrysler certified service technicians;
- Follow-up on the manufacturer's maintenance logbook and suggest maintenance to be done;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Perform any other task related to the job.
Experience as a Service Advisor and basic knowledge of Serti software are assets.
