Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Answering incoming/outgoing calls on an existing database;
- Explain maintenance services offered;
- Update customer files;
- Make appointments by telephone, e-mail and Internet;
- Work other tasks in collaboration with the service department.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service;
- Smiling, dynamic personality with great interpersonal skills;
- Structured and excellent organizational skills.
- Team player.
