Your main responsibilities:
- Supervise the service department efficiently and cost-effectively;
- Set and achieve objectives in collaboration with management;
- Implement strategies to improve service quality, productivity and profitability;
- Update packages according to fluctuations in parts and product prices;
- Manage workflow and ensure smooth communication between service advisors, technicians and washers;
- Optimize technician performance and technical advisor efficiency;
- Encourage collaboration between dealership departments;
- Build customer loyalty and ensure exceptional customer service;
- Maintain up-to-date records of technicians' technical training;
- Manage and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner;
- Keep necessary reports up to date.
Your profile:
- Experience as a Service Manager, Parts Manager, Service Advisor (5 years), Shop Foreman (5 years) or Automotive Technician (5 years);
- A passion for the automotive industry and customer service;
- A strong team spirit.
