Delivery Coordinator – New Vehicles

Vimont Toyota Laval is currently looking for a Delivery Coordinator for new vehicles.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the incumbent will be mainly responsible for carrying out all tasks related to supporting the new vehicles sales department.

Duties:

- Following-up on the preparation of sold vehicles for delivery;
- Coordinating the vehicle's deliveries with customers;
- Delivering new vehicles to new customers (ensuring that the documentation is correctly filled out and signed, explaining all features on the vehicle);
- Ensuring that each customer is fully satisfied;
- Carrying out various administrative tasks related to the sales file and for the new vehicles department.

Desired profile:

- Similar experience at another dealership, an important asset;
- Relevant experience in customer service;
- Focused on customer service and a very high level of customer satisfaction;
- Thoroughness in the verification of forms and documents;
- Comfortable with numbers and organized;
- Initiative and professionalism at all times;
- Conscious of the importance of excellent customer service;
- Dynamic and excellent team spirit;
- Bilingualism, essential;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Flexible schedule;
