Complexe Kia is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager for its new vehicles department.
Our company, under the banner of a brand in constant growth in Quebec, enjoys an excellent reputation in terms of work atmosphere and customer service and devotes a lot of effort to maintain its place among the biggest sales volumes in Montreal.
Required profile:
- Having at least 5 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Being bilingual. You are recognized as a dynamic leader who likes new challenges;
- Having strong closing sales skills and being able to fully master a complete automotive transaction;
- Being very professional and focused on customer satisfaction;
- Having good organization and follow-up skills in order to achieve the sales objectives set by management;
- Having knowledge of Serti and Merlin software;
- Being able to work with Word, Excel, etc.
Your main responsibilities:
- Selling a minimum of 80 to 90 vehicles per year;
- Managing the vehicles’ placement and maintenance in the showroom, the front line and the vehicles for road tests;
- Being responsible for the representatives’ training and following-up with those who have less experience;
- Producing various reports when requested;
- Acting as a Desk Manager during the Sales Manager’s absence.
