Junior Estimator

The Centre de Collision Ile-Perrot, a member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a junior Estimator to join its team.

Responsibilities:

- Examine and assess damage to accident vehicle to determine necessary repairs;
- Prepare damage estimates, repair orders and repair cost estimates for customers and insurance companies;
- Plan work to be carried out according to established priorities and deadlines;
- Track estimates, turnaround times and costs for each repair;
- Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure follow-up and exceptional customer service;
- Monitor vehicle repairs in collaboration with managers to ensure on-time delivery;
- Assist the team with any other tasks according to operational needs.

Profile and qualifications:

- Experience in automotive damage estimating or similar role;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in French and English);
- Good knowledge of damage assessment and auto repair processes;
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with other team members;
- Positive attitude;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Knowledge of automotive damage estimating software (Audatex, Mitchell, etc.).
