Fixed Operations Manager

As a result of our recent expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fixed Operations Manager to oversee and manage the service, parts and body shop departments of our group of 7 automotive and recreational vehicle dealership locations. As a key member of our management team, the Fixed Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing the operational efficiency and profitability of these departments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Work closely with other departments to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction;
- Monitor team performance, plan manpower requirements (recruitment, performance evaluation, training, coaching, etc.);
- Maintain a positive work environment;
- Set and monitor objectives;
- Know and apply manufacturers' warranty terms and policies;
- Maintain a high quality repair service;
- Implement work methods and structures to deliver superior customer service and increased profitability;
- Identify and take advantage of synergies and share best practices between dealerships;
- Perform all other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in automotive fixed operations management, with a strong track record in service, parts and/or body shop management;
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze data, set performance targets and deliver results;
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, customer service practices and repair processes;
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor financial performance and optimize departmental efficiency;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts positively;
- The Fixed Operations Manager will play a key role in the success of our dealership group's operations, driving profitability and ensuring that our customers receive the best service in the industry.
