Experienced Service Advisor

Volkswagen Laurentides is an established and recognized dealership in the region for over 65 years, with a new state-of-the-art "White Frame" facility just off Highway 15.

In order to better meet our client's growing needs, we are looking for an Experienced Service Advisor who will deal with customers in addition to handling internal requests.

Summary of the position:

- Greeting customers and serving Technicians in the shop;
- Generating repair and/or maintenance estimates;
- Suggesting products and services to customers according to the age, mileage and general condition of their vehicle, including those recommended by the manufacturer;
- Opening and closing work orders;
- Carrying out rigorous follow-ups of the work in the workshop as well as for your customers' files;
- Issuing invoices;
- Carrying out any other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Good experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership (VW products, an asset);
- Good knowledge of mechanics;
- Knowledge and/or experience with Serti software (an asset).

- Sales skills and ability to suggest maintenance and additional work relevant to the safety and good condition of the vehicle;
- Focused on offering superior customer service.
