Service Advisor - Laval - competitive salary

Salary:

- Up to $80,000 per year depending on your performance;
- Base salary plus commissions.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position / Service Advisor;
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Sales skills;
- Focus on customer service excellence;
- Knowledge of Toyota products (an asset);
- Have a valid class 5 driver's licence (essential).

Brief job description:

You will greet customers and gather the information required to determine customers' vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You will also have to sell maintenance services according to customer needs while ensuring quality customer service.
