Are you passionate about automotive sales and offering exceptional customer service? Blainville Ford is looking for a dynamic and motivated New Vehicles Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the new vehicle sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual objectives.
- Train, coach and motivate sales consultants to optimize their performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage new vehicle inventory and ensure optimal showroom presentation.
- Collaborate with management team to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in automotive sales management (minimum 3 years).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Ford products and automotive market trends an asset.
