Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible for welcoming, informing and assisting customers in their vehicle purchasing process.

- Greet customers, establish a relationship of trust and demonstrate a serious commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with customers who have purchased a vehicle and with customers who have not yet made a purchase;
- Attend product and sales training courses as directed by the Sales Manager;
- Perform other duties as required and directed by management.

Since we serve a bilingual clientele, it is important that the candidate be able to speak and write in English.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Experience in high-end automotive sales is a strong asset;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Have a very high level of customer service;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
