Service Advisor

Our major recreational vehicle dealership in the Laurentians is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible, in collaboration with the Shop Foreman, for planning and organizing the service department's work schedule.

The work consists of receiving customer requests related to the service department, opening repair orders, following up on the file until the repair is completed, and finalizing the invoice. The person must have an aptitude for customer service, work organization, teamwork and a facility with computer technology. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, full-time.
