Responsibilities - reporting to the Service Manager, your main duties will include:
- Greet and direct customers who arrive in the service bay with their vehicles;
- Ensure the efficient running of operations in the service bay;
- Supervise and manage the entire fleet of courtesy vehicles, ensuring their availability and good working order;
- Complete rental contracts with customers and provide general explanations of courtesy car features;
- Carry out pre- and post-loan vehicle inspections to ensure condition and report any damage;
- Invoice customers for various charges related to vehicle use (e.g. gasoline);
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure vehicle availability and optimize car loan operations;
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the courtesy car fleet;
- Manage the schedule and distribution of customer rides by the valet service;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Your profile:
Since we serve a bilingual clientele, it is important that the candidate be able to speak and write in English.
- Valid driver's licence;
- Excellent management and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Relevant experience in the automotive field, an asset;
- Experience in high-end customer service, an asset.
