Service Advisor

Salary: starting at $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Brief job description:

You will be responsible for opening and closing internal sales work orders, following up on jobs, coordinating subcontractors, following up on parts returns requested by the manufacturer, handling insurance claims, managing courtesy vehicles, handling warranty claims and all other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Experience in a similar position (an asset);
- Good computer skills (Serti an asset);
- Honda product knowledge (an asset).
