We are looking for a Service Advisor for our after-sales service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will greet customers and gather the information required to identify and define customers' vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You will also be responsible for selling maintenance services and scheduling work, while ensuring quality customer service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE:

- Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and obtain information about their car;
- Explain to customers the nature of the work performed and all related costs;
- Advise customers on how to care for their car, and stress the importance of maintaining it to the manufacturer's specifications;
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction;
- Inform customers of current promotions;
- Schedule maintenance appointments for customers;
- Follow up on work in progress with customers at the dealership or by telephone;
- Write up repair orders, accurately recording problems relating to the customer's car, and obtain the customer's signature;
- Make recommendations to the customer based on the work and inspections carried out previously;
- Set delivery time and, if necessary, confirm with shop foreman;
- Notify shop foreman of work to be performed;
- Follow up work on a regular basis, and notify the customer of any changes in delivery times and/or costs;
- Check the extent of the manufacturer's warranty coverage before carrying out work via the portal;
- Be active in quality control to avoid workshop returns;
- Explain to customers the work carried out on their vehicles and request payment of invoices;
- Work closely with the shuttle service to ensure its availability according to customers' appointments and needs;
- Ensure cleanliness of work area;
- Manage the availability, returns and refueling of courtesy vehicles;
- Perform any other duties as required and requested by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Very good knowledge of Serti systems;
- Experience in the automotive industry;
- Experience in a car dealership.
