New Vehicles Sales Representative

Responsibilities - Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for representing the dealership to its customers and achieving the sales targets set. More specifically, the jobholder will:

- Welcome customers to the dealership and establish a relationship of trust in order to clearly identify their needs;
- Present and advise customers on new Honda vehicles, highlighting their features, benefits and technologies;
- Carry out road tests and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process;
- Negotiate and close sales with exceptional customer service;
- Explain financing and leasing options in collaboration with the finance department;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with potential and existing customers to foster loyalty;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Honda models, current promotions and market trends;
- Use Acitvix CRM to facilitate customer and sales follow-up;
- Present your customers with their purchase documents and have them fill them out when they take possession;
- Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
