Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Job description:

A car dealership located on the South Shore of Montreal is currently looking for a Sales Manager for its pre-owned vehicles department. This position is confidential and is intended for an experienced professional looking for a new challenge within a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete management of the department, including vehicle purchasing, personnel management, setting and achieving monthly and annual targets, and managing the financial balance sheet. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the department's profitability and continued growth, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Profile:

- At least five years of experience managing a pre-owned vehicle department in a high-volume car dealership;
- Excellent negotiation and purchasing skills;
- Advanced financial management and profitability analysis skills;
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate a sales team;
- Ability to set and monitor performance objectives;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Results-oriented and continuous improvement approach.
