Job description
Key responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems to identify and repair faults;
• Perform detailed and precise repairs and maintenance to meet safety and operational standards;
• Mentor and train junior technicians on best practices, tools, and techniques;
• Oversee the work of other technicians, ensuring quality control and adherence to company procedures;
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and maintenance performed;
• Assist in the development of training programs and standard operating procedures for technical staff;
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and work with management to address any potential hazards;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve service delivery;
• Collaborate with other departments and management to provide technical expertise and resolve any operational challenges;
• Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining complex technical issues in simple terms to clients;
• Dispatch work: Manage and prioritize incoming service requests, assigning tasks to technicians based on urgency, skillset, and availability;
• Coordinate schedules and ensure that technicians are dispatched to appropriate locations in a timely manner;
• Communicate with customers and technicians regarding service updates, changes to schedules, and estimated arrival times;
• Monitor technician progress and provide support or guidance as needed to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks;
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts and dispatch errors, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Desired Profile:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong technical skills and organizational ability.
• Leadership, and teamwork spirit.

Training
• Degree in Mechanics (BTS, DUT, Bachelor's, or equivalent).
