Job description
We are a dealership in the east end of Montreal looking for a Service Advisor to complement our dynamic after-sales service team. The incumbent must be motivated, diligent, have a strong desire to provide superior service and be a team player.
Tasks related to the position:
- Greeting customers in the service department;
- Obtaining all necessary information to identify and suggest required repairs and/or maintenance work on the vehicle;
- Writing repair orders and organizing the work schedule;
- Following-up on the work in progress and keeping customers informed of the status;
- Maintaining good relationships with both customers and the team and understanding the art of building customer loyalty;
- Carrying out any other related duties.
