Job description

As part of its development, we are looking for a Service Manager to manage and steer our automotive after-sales services business. This position is designed for a high-caliber candidate, ready to take on challenges in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Main mission:

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management and supervision of after-sales service activities within our company. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize our department's performance, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your mission will include managing teams, improving processes and maximizing service profitability.

Strategic management:

- Develop and implement the overall after-sales service strategy to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and optimum performance;
- Team management : Lead and inspire technical and sales teams, focusing on efficiency, expertise and innovation;
- Continuous improvement: Identify and implement improvements in internal processes to increase efficiency and profitability;
- Financial optimization: Manage and monitor the after-sales service budget, ensuring that financial targets are met and costs optimized;
- Customer satisfaction : Ensure the quality of service provided, by guaranteeing appropriate responses to customers' specific needs and expectations;
- Confidentiality and discretion: Manage sensitive information with total rigor, respecting the company's confidentiality standards.

Experience

- Minimum three years' experience in automotive after-sales service management, with significant track record in a management role;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong ability to work independently and make strategic decisions;
- Expertise in after-sales service management, proven leadership, sense of innovation and quality.
