Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, invoicing, managing incentive codes, and addressing general dealer and customer questions. You will provide exceptional service to dealers and fleet customers, handle administrative duties, process customer requests, and produce reports.

Responsibilities
 

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Manage invoicing and incentive codes.
  • Answer general dealer and customer questions.
  • Provide service to dealers and fleet customers.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Perform administrative duties related to business requests.
  • Utilize MS Office and MS Excel for reporting and data entry.
  • Process customer requests efficiently.


Essential Skills
 

  • Experience in administration and office coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills, particularly in the automotive industry.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


Additional Skills & Qualifications
 

  • Experience in data entry.
  • Ability to interact with various teams and departments.


Work Environment

This role operates in a call center-like environment, handling inbound and outbound calls. The team consists of 5 members
The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. All necessary equipment will be provided.
Position will be hybrid - 1 day per week in office (can go up to 3 in the future).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
