Senior Mechanic

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment. Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.

- Oversee and mentor junior mechanics, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development of maintenance procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in a senior or supervisory role- Must have minimum of 5 years experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Must have multi-brand knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
- Relevant certifications or technical training in mechanics or related fields is required.
- Valid drivers licence must be provided
