Main responsibilities:
- Identify customers' needs in terms of vehicle maintenance and repair;
- Offer and promote various after-sales, preventive and maintenance services;
- Provide customer service advice;
- Establish a relationship of trust with customers;
- Evaluate maintenance costs, write up work orders and follow up;
- Perform related tasks or tasks requested by the service manager.
Qualifications and skills:
- Relevant sales and customer service experience;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for sales;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
- Ability and interest in working as part of a team;
- Product knowledge (an asset).
