What is a BDC in winter?
It's a call center specialized in customer relationship management. The BDC specialist plays a key role within the company, acting as a liaison between our customers and our sales representatives. This person ensures high quality customer service, facilitating our customers' experience and supporting our sales team.

Job description:
- Updating the customer database;
- Follow-up calls / outgoing calls;
- Identification and analysis of potential files;
- Rigorous follow-up;
- Active listening and discovery of needs;
- Main objective : Your mission is to encourage customers to make an appointment, using various means of communication: e-mail, telephone or text message, according to their preferences;
- Achieving performance standards: You will work to achieve quality and performance standards in contact management and follow-up, ensuring a high level of service.
Skills:
- Passion for customer communication;
- Call center experience (an excellent asset);
- Bilingualism;
- Fluency in written French;
- Excellent communication skills: You're not afraid of the telephone, and you're comfortable handling remote exchanges, always courteously and efficiently;
- Excellence in customer service: You always put the customer at the heart of your priorities and make sure you deliver an exceptional experience;
- Knowledge or use of a CRM (Activix an asset);
- Proactivity, reliability, dynamism, organizational skills and patience.
