In your position, you'll sell used vehicles, and replace the Sales Manager when he's absent. You'll act as a coach, mobilizing and supporting the entire team, conducting “T.O.'s” with each customer before they leave the dealership to increase customer satisfaction, and working with the existing Sales Manager to maximize all sales opportunities. You'll also be responsible for handling dealer exchanges from time to time, making sure the CRM is up to date, and performing any other tasks requested.

Our requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in the automotive industry;
- Bilingualism;
- Talent for “closer” and being a good leader;
- Management experience;
- Focused on customer service, results and teamwork;
- Very good computer skills (Merlin and Activix are important assets);
- Valid driver's licence.
