Main responsibilities:

- Assist and advise customers by promoting sale items and new products;
- Sell parts over the counter, by phone, or in the repair shop;
- Hand over parts collected in the warehouse to customers, and carry out invoicing;
- Contact customers when parts ordered are received;
- Place items in inventory/stock;
- Maintain parts in appropriate locations;
- Prepare items for delivery, ensuring that all necessary documents are attached;
- Perform on-site maintenance and ensure equipment is in good condition;
- Check items returned to customers for credit.

Qualifications and skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Parts Clerk;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Excellent work planning and organization skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability and interest in working as part of a team.
