We are looking for a Parts Clerk.
Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting parts and provide high quality service;
- Answer phone calls and emails, quote prices and provide all information;
- Follow up on back orders and replenish inventory;
- Organize and fill orders, orders for delivery to the shop and orders for daily shipping, delivery or pick-up;
- Perform any other related duties.
Desired profile:
- Experience in a Parts Clerk position;
- Resourceful and autonomous;
- Punctual and diligent;
- Customer service oriented.
