Responsibilities:

The Parts Clerk will be responsible for taking orders from technicians, making estimates, issuing parts to technicians, ensuring that internal parts requests are invoiced on the after-sales service repair order, assisting in the receipt of merchandise as required, and performing any other related tasks.

Requirements:

- You have 2 years of experience in a similar role within a car dealership;
- You have a good knowledge of mechanics;
- You are customer service oriented (internal and external);
- You are a team player;
- You have good computer skills. Knowledge of SERTI software is an asset;
- You hold a valid driver's license.
