Capital Ford Lincoln in Winnipeg is looking for a customer service-oriented Service Advisor to join our team!
Our Service Advisors are the main contact for our customers to get the maintenance and repairs they need to keep themselves and their families safe on the road. This role delivers automotive service that makes a lasting impression while driving service sales and ensures smooth coordination and communication between customers and the service team.

What We Need:
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced customer service role - direct automotive experience and knowledge is an asset, but we are willing to train!
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with a track record of going above and beyond.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written to diverse audiences - from customers, technicians, and other dealership team members.
- Proven adaptability and organizational skills to keep the ball rolling and achieve deadlines.
- A positive, professional attitude who is willing to take on new challenges.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
