Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Supervisor, Fleet Maintenance on a permanent basis on our Fleet Services team. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.
Hours of work: Monday- Friday 6:15AM-2:45PM
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our Fleet Services team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety. What you'll do:
- Provide leadership to a team of Mechanics and Welders in a safe and efficient manner at our Regina Facility while managing workflow and overseeing quality of work.
- Responsible for the recruitment, performance management as well as training and development for direct reports.
- Participate in planning, development, and controlling preventative maintenance programs for the Regina maintenance shop.
- Coordinate and schedule service work and regulatory inspections for Petroleum Merchandise/Food, Local Co-ops and Propane fleet equipment.
- Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and address non-compliance situations.
- Oversee equipment builds for Local Co-ops and support parts inventory management.
Who you'll work with:
You will work closely with our Fleet Asset Performance team and our Facilities Design and Development team. You will have 12 direct reports and will report into the Senior Manager, Fleet Asset Performance on a team that strives to cultivate a culture of engagement, communication, and customer service.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Fleet Maintenance and:
- Have 6+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or a related position.
- Have 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Have a recognized trade certificate OR a two-year diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Are familiar with provincial and federal government agencies such as Transport Canada, Measurement Canada, and provincial transportation regulatory bodies is an asset.
