We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vehicle Pickup and Delivery Driver/ Service Porter. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering customer vehicles to and from our dealership for service, as well as moving vehicles while at the dealership and ensuring all vehicles are parked in correct locations. Your duties will include ensuring vehicles are safely transported, maintaining communication with customers regarding pick-up and delivery times, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments.
• Ensure vehicles are safely and securely transported.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduled pick-up and delivery times.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle for deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating vehicles.

Qualifications:
 

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous driving or delivery experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
