Service Advisor

Bourgeois Chevrolet is a family business in place since 1964. We are looking for the person who will complement our team. We are looking for a Service Advisor to fill a permanent full-time position within our service team.

Job duties and responsibilities:

- Greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner;
- Identifying and defining the customer's needs and offering required services;
- Verifying and explaining warranty coverage;
- Generating the customers' estimates for non-warranty work;
- Closing work orders and collect payments from clients.

Requirements and profile:

- Focused on quality and customer satisfaction (CSI);
- Dynamic;
- Neat and professional presentation;
- Good communication and sales skills;
- Good organizational and planning skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Team player.

- Working hours Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., NO WEEKENDS!
