Job description :
As a Service Advisor, you will be our customers' first point of contact for vehicle maintenance and repair. You will ensure courteous, professional and efficient service while maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Main responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service and repair needs.
- Explain recommended maintenance work and answer technical questions.
- Coordinate appointments and follow up with technicians.
- Develop and explain cost estimates to customers.
- Maintain constant communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and manage claims if necessary.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical advisor in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of service management software (e.g. Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc.) - an asset.
- Passion for cars and attention to detail.
- Bilingualism (French and English) - an asset.
Working conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, 7 a.m. to noon.
- Competitive compensation of up to $85,000 annually, depending on experience and performance.
