Description of daily tasks: Your responsibilities, your avenue to success:
- Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and professional manner;
- Help customers choose the financial and insurance products that best suit their needs and budget;
- Prepare and verify all financial and sales documents to ensure accuracy and compliance;
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the financing and insurance process;
- Negotiate financing terms with banks and financial institutions to obtain the best terms for customers;
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers;
- Ensure ongoing training of sales advisors on financing and insurance products;
- Monitor and analyze F&I department performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Profile :
- Significant experience in financing and insurance in the automotive industry;
- Have completed the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) course;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Customer focus: exceptional customer service, with attention to customer needs and a proactive approach;
- Strategic vision: ability to analyze the market and develop effective action plans;
- Ambitious: eager to take on challenges, focused on results and excellence, willing to share even the most audacious ideas;
- Perseverance: never give up easily, persevere in the face of difficulties;
- Demonstrate rigor: great organization, precision and accuracy;
- Technical skills: excellent command of French and English (written and spoken) and good computer skills.
