About the position:
As a Vehicle Delivery Attendant at Lexus Gabriel St-Laurent, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience during the vehicle delivery process. You will ensure that each customer receives a personalized and informative handover, including a detailed overview of the features, technology and performance of their new vehicle. Your expertise and attention to detail will help create a seamless and memorable customer experience, reinforcing Lexus' core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect deliveries prior to customer appointment, ensuring they are clean and up to brand standards
- Respond to any customer questions or concerns during the delivery process
- Carry out a complete handover, explaining the vehicle's features, technology and safety systems.
- Provide a seamless customer service experience.
- Provide a personalized, high-level customer service experience, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to address additional questions and customer needs.
- Keep abreast of all vehicle models, features and technological advances.
- Ensure that all delivery documents are properly completed and submitted.
- Coordinate with the New Car Sales and Aftersales departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Monitor, track and confirm delivery appointments to resolve any logistical issues in advance.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex technologies clearly and simply.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Candidates must pass a background check
- Valid driver's license
- The ability to commute is preferred
Job type: full-time (weekdays - 40 hours).
Salary: $60,000 per year.
