Shop Supervisor

Do you have good organizational skills and a good team spirit? Chartrand Ford is currently looking for a Shop Supervisor for the service department.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Managing a workshop of 30 Technicians;
- Supervising the distribution of the shop's work;
- Providing technical support to Mechanics;
- Verifying the work in progress in the workshop;
- Carrying out quality control;
- Seeing to the productivity of the shop and the efficiency of Technicians.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of the CDK computer system (an asset);
- Good team spirit;
- Able to multi-task, adapt and cope with changing and challenging situations;
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic;
- Knowledge of mechanics.

- Monday to Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.;
