Convinced of the reliability of the Japanese brand, Réjean Losier opened his first dealership in Blainville in 2003, in partnership with Groupe Boisvert. It was the start of a great adventure! Today, Groupe Losier, owner of 4 Mitsubishi dealerships and several recreational vehicle and used vehicle dealerships, has a bright future ahead of it. As a result, we're constantly on the lookout for new talent to add to our teams.

Your role:

As a Vehicle Delivery Attendant, you will play an essential role in the customer experience by ensuring a professional and friendly vehicle handover.

Your main responsibilities:

- Prepare delivery: check vehicle cleanliness and conformity, install plates and ensure documentation is complete.
- Welcome the customer: hand over the keys, explain the vehicle's functions and answer any questions.
- Finalize delivery: ensure customer satisfaction, obtain signature and explain next steps.
- Coordination and follow-up: collaborate with sales and service, carry out post-delivery follow-up and keep the delivery area organized.

Profile:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and attention to detail
- Ability to explain technical information in a simple and understandable way
- Initiative and autonomy
- Familiarity with modern vehicle technologies and on-board systems
- Experience in the automotive field (an asset, but not mandatory)
