Job description
Longueuil Mazda is a dynamic automotive dealership that stands out for its exceptional customer service and friendly working environment. We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to ensure professional and courteous service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and respond to their requests in person, on the phone or by e-mail
- Direct customers to the right departments and ensure efficient follow-up
- Handle incoming calls and ensure messages are forwarded to the appropriate people
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the reception area
- Assist the administrative team with various office tasks (filing, data entry, mail management)
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring prompt and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Experience in reception or customer service, an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer tools and office software
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with professionalism
- Courteous, smiling attitude and customer-oriented approach
