Maximum Powersports is a Hawkesbury-based dealership that has been one of Quebec's leading recreational dealerships for many years.

Now managed by the McLean brothers (Circuit Ford Lincoln) and Gabriel Gagnon (Lachute Ford), we are proud to have earned the loyalty of our customers, who recognize the professionalism and expertise of our team.

We're looking for a General Manager with experience in managing a recreational vehicle branch and a passion for this type of vehicle.

The General Manager's role will be to ensure the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the sales, service, parts and boutique departments.

He/she will have to demonstrate natural leadership for good personnel management, have the required knowledge of the present and future market according to established performance standards and know the profitability thresholds of the various departments.

Summary of requirements:

- Good experience in the recreational vehicle or automotive field;
- Have developed leadership qualities, good management skills and mastery of productivity data analysis.
- Work closely with departments to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction;
- Monitor team performance, plan workforce requirements (recruitment, performance evaluation, training, coaching, etc.);
- Maintain a positive work environment;
- Set and monitor objectives;
- Implement work methods and structures to improve customer service and profitability;
- Perform all other tasks related to the position.
