Internal Service Advisor

Morand Ford has been serving the South Shore of Montreal with pride, passion and dedication for years. We are located in Sainte-Catherine, but serve Ford buyers and owners from all over, including the Brossard area and even Montreal. Our attention to detail coupled with our exceptional customer service has really set us apart from other dealerships in our area.

In order to cover a retirement of a former employee that is expected soon, we are looking for a Service Advisor to fill a daytime position on our service team.

The incumbent will greet customers and gather the necessary information to identify and define their automotive repair and maintenance needs. The candidate will open repair orders, provide an estimate of repair costs while clearly explaining the work to be performed, follow-up and close repair orders for billing, all while building trust and demonstrating a serious commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Schedule from Monday to Friday, with daytime hours (dealership closed on weekends);

The person we are looking for must have experience in a similar position and experience with Ford products and the SDS Serti software is an asset.
