Liaison Agent

Carrossier ProColor St-Michel are looking for a Liaison Agent to join their team. They specialize in state-of-the-art collision repair for all makes and models of vehicles. The PROs in their shop can get your car back on the road in no time.

Shop owner Carlos Santos has spent the last 30 years in the collision repair business, and his team is well known for its high-quality collision repair services and exceptional customer experience.

As a Liaison Officer, you will be the central point between our workshop and our customers.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth communication between the body shop team and customers;
- Coordinate appointments and deadlines with customers and team;
- Provide regular progress updates to customers;
- Handle inquiries and resolve any problems in a professional manner.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the auto body industry strongly preferred;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative;
- Working knowledge of project management software (an asset).
